Returns & Exchanges Policy

ADLV Australia offers a 14-day return period for all full-priced items, provided they are in original condition with all tags and anti-counterfeit labels attached. Please note that for hygiene and authenticity reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is within the 14-day window and remains in its original packaging with all ADLV security tags intact.

• 2.
  Submit Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely pack your items and use the provided shipping label or your preferred tracked courier to send the package to our Sydney warehouse.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once received and inspected by our quality control team, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
